Mr Bruno DELLA PIETRA, M.D. and University Professor - Medical expert
Mr Bruno DELLA PIETRA has taken a degree in Medicine and Surgery at the First Faculty of Medicine and Surgery-University of Studies "Federico II" in Naples; he has collaborated with Mr Goffredo Sciaudone, University Professor and has been appointed Professor (Professore a contratto) for the University teaching of "Physical Injuries" as a special subject matter of the Course in Forensic Medicine (Medicina Legale Penalistica I)- second-year course of the Specialization School (teaching yearly periods: 1992/93, 1993/94, 1994/95). Mr Bruno Della Pietra has also been appointed Professor for the university teaching of theoretical-practical activities concerning "Certification within the S.S.N. (National Health Service)" as a special knowledge area of the course in "Legal Medicine of the National Health Service"-fourth-year course of the Specialization School (teaching yearly periods:1995/96, 1996/97, 1997/98, 1998/99). He has been collaborating as Medical Expert since 1981 for the Procura della Repubblica at the Court of Naples and at the former Procura Circondariale of Naples mainly with regard to the medicolegal necropsy and judicial investigation on the spot.
He has had 52 scientific studies published either as sole Author or in collaboration with other Authors. He has also participated in national and international scientific conferences by presenting lectures and papers.

Mr Antonello CRISCI, M.D. and University Professor Medical Expert- Specialist in Pharmacology and Neurology
Mr Antonello Crisci took a degree in Medicine and Surgery at the First Faculty of Medicine at the University of Naples in 1976 and has been University researcher in Pharmacology at the Chair held by Professor Biagio Loscalzo until 1988. He has been working as University researcher at the Institute of Legal Medicine and Insurance since 1989; starting from the same year he has been performing his assignment as University Assistant Professor at the Polyclinic Chemicotoxicologic Diagnosis Service of the Second University in Naples.
Mr Crisci is a member of the "Commissione Regionale sull'Inquinamento Ambientale"-Basilicata Region (CRIA- Regional Committee for Environment Pollution). Mr Crisci is also appointed Professor for the University teaching of the following branches of Legal Medicine: Criminology at the First and Second Specialization Schools of Legal Medicine and Insurance; Medicolegal Psychology at the second Specialization School of Legal Medicine; Food Toxicology at the Specialization School of Dietetics (Scienza dell'Alimentazione); Occupational Medicine at the Second Specialization School of Occupational Medicine.
Mr Crisci has had approximately 90 scientific studies published in special experimental subject matters mainly concerning toxicology, neuropsychopharmacology, social medicine and legal medicine.
Mr Crisci has been appointed forensic expert in the following branches and practice areas of legal medicine: forensic psychopathology and criminology (including disability, incapacity; undue influence on persons non compos mentis; criminal responsibility; behaviour involving danger to society; legal capacity to sue or be sued; mass killing, paedophilia).

Investment Adviser and Business Consultant ( Leasing, Consumer Credit and Insurance sectors; International Corporate Strategy and Finance Consulting).
Mr De Vincenzo has been in office as Chief Executive and Managing Director of several Italian companies operating in the insurance and financial sector as well as corporate consulting. (i.e. New Leasing S.p.A., New Capital S.r.l., New Partners S.r.l., Mercantile S.r.l., FMC S.p.A., JRIA Italia S.r.l).He has thus achieved a specialized expertise in Corporate Strategy, Marketing & Sale, Training of Human Resources, Financial/ Investment Planning. Mr Gianbattista GIORDANO-Architect and University Professor Expert in Project Appraisal (Economic Appraisal; Accounting Valuation)
Mr Giordano has taken a degree in Architecture at the University of Studies in Naples where he has also taken a doctorate in "methods of appraisal in city planning and architectural projects" (metodi di valutazione nella progettazione urbanistica ed architettonica). Presently he is appointed University Professor (docente a contratto) at the same University for the teaching of "Economic Appraisal and Accounting valuation of works"("Estimo e Contabilità dei lavori"). He has been appointed University Professor in the past years with regard to the following subject matter"Economic Appraisal of projects" ("Valutazione economica dei progetti").Mr Giordano has participated in several Conferences and Seminars by presenting studies on the said subject fields. He is also working as an expert of leading Italian Banking Companies and Law firms.

Mr Achille MASSA -Corporate Adviser and Fiscal Consultant
Mr Massa has taken a degree in Economics and Commerce at the University of Studies "Federico II" in Naples. He has been practicing as a licenced public accountant (Dottore Commercialista) in Naples since 1988. He is a certified auditor enrolled in the Register of Auditors and a qualified expert in civil and criminal practice areas at different Judicial Offices of the Court of Naples.

Mr Luigi VIGGIANO- Engineer and University Professor Expert in Public Works and City Planning (Arbitration)
University Professor (Professore a contratto) at the University of Studies "Federico II" in Naples-Faculty of Engineering- Integrative Course of Building Construction Engineering concerning "Legislation relevant to Public Works". He has been Coordinatore generale dell'Assessorato ai Lavori Pubblici della Regione Campania (General Coordinator of the Public Works Division at the Campania Region). Mr Viggiano is also a member of the "Commissione Ministeriale presso il Ministero LL.PP." (Ministerial Committee at the Italian Ministry of Public Works) assigned to the drafting and drawing up of Regulations implementing the Italian Law 109/94 known as "Merloni Law" as amended by the Italian law 216/95.
